[ ] Compare written loan terms, costs, repayment obligations and disbursement conditions where borrowing is needed.
[ ] Separate confirmed funding from pending applications and expected earnings.
[ ] Plan deposits, refund conditions, currency conversion and a contingency.
[ ] Recheck financial evidence requirements for the visa route before making payments.
