Website use and service agreements
These terms cover use of the Vidhyarthi Mithram website and general arrangements for our consultancy services. By using a service, follow the applicable terms agreed for that service. Browsing a page or sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid engagement or a university application.
Before paying, obtain a written description of the service, fees, deliverables, responsibilities and relevant refund conditions. A specific signed agreement or written service schedule governs that engagement where it provides more specific terms, subject to applicable law.
What our support includes
Depending on the scope agreed, our support may include career and course counselling, university shortlisting, application organisation, SOP and LOR guidance, test-planning guidance, scholarship and financial information, visa-document support and pre-departure guidance.
Our role is to guide and help organise the process. We are not the awarding university, an embassy, a lender or a professional regulator. Specialist legal, immigration, financial or professional advice must be obtained from the relevant qualified person or authority where needed.
Your information and approvals
Provide complete and accurate information, meet agreed document deadlines and tell us promptly about changes to your profile, contact details, applications or immigration history that affect the service. Review the information and documents prepared for you before approving submission.
Do not provide fabricated documents, misleading statements, plagiarised work or another person’s credentials. Statements of Purpose and other personal submissions must truthfully reflect your own background and intentions. Guidance does not remove your responsibility for their accuracy.
Institution and authority decisions
Universities and other bodies decide admissions, scholarships, credit transfers and course availability. Governments decide visa and immigration applications; professional regulators decide registration or licensing. Meeting a published minimum does not necessarily secure an offer or a particular outcome.
We do not promise admission, a visa, a test score, a scholarship, employment, a salary, settlement or permission to practise. Confirm conditions on an offer, programme recognition and requirements for your intended career before committing funds or travel.
Fees, payments and third-party charges
Pay consultancy fees only against an agreed service and valid payment instructions. Keep receipts and distinguish our service fees from university deposits, tuition, examination, visa, insurance, travel and other third-party charges.
Currency changes and provider price changes can affect the final cost. Third-party payments and refunds follow the relevant provider’s terms and are not automatically refundable by us. Ask for a written breakdown and the applicable conditions before paying.
Timelines, changes and communication
Application dates, appointments and processing times depend on the institution, authority and completeness of the documents. Planning estimates are not guaranteed completion dates. A missed deadline or a changed intake can require a revised plan and, where agreed, additional work or fees.
Use the agreed communication channel for instructions and approvals. Tell us promptly if you wish to pause, change or cancel a service. Do not assume a telephone conversation changes a paid service unless the relevant change is confirmed in writing.
Website content and intellectual property
Our original writing, branding and website design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party photographs, trademarks and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licence conditions. A university logo or photograph does not make that institution part of our company.
You may use website information for personal research and enquiries. Do not misrepresent our content as an official university or government decision, remove required third-party acknowledgements, impersonate us or reproduce materials commercially without the necessary permission.
Responsible use of forms and tools
Do not use the website to send spam, malicious files, false applications, unlawful content or information you have no authority to share. Do not attempt to bypass security or interfere with other users’ access.
Eligibility checklists, filters and enquiry acknowledgements are planning tools, not official admission decisions. A careers expression of interest is not a job offer; a partner submission is not a commercial appointment. Complete the sending steps stated by the relevant form.
External services and privacy
External universities, test providers, maps, social networks and payment or application services have their own terms. We cannot guarantee their content, availability or handling of information. Review their terms before submitting information or making a payment.
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of enquiries and our Cookie Policy explains website technologies. These notices do not replace the privacy terms of an institution receiving an application.
Questions, complaints and your rights
Raise a concern with info@vidhyarthimithram.com, identifying the service, relevant date and payment or enquiry reference where applicable. We will review it against the written agreement and relevant records. Please give us an opportunity to clarify or resolve the issue.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Indian law and any lawful terms of the specific service agreement remain relevant. These website terms are not a compulsory waiver of consumer rights.
Updates to these terms
We may update the website terms to reflect service or website changes. The date identifies the current version. An update does not, by itself, retrospectively change fees, deliverables or rights under an existing written engagement.
