Applicants are assessed in an interview. Residency applicants require a medical degree and relevant recognition documents; undergraduate admission does not establish eligibility for clinical residency. The foreign-admissions page lists Azerbaijani, English and Russian for Medicine, Stomatology and Pharmacy. For English study it requests IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 80 or above. The official undergraduate FAQ lists USD 6,000 annual tuition and USD 5,000 for the preparatory course but does not identify an academic year; obtain a current written quote. A separate official residency notice sets USD 9,000 per year for 2025/26 only, not undergraduate Medicine or a 2026/27 fee guarantee. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.
