Ask a counsellorSelected programme options include Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. These are selected examples, not the full catalogue. Availability, campus, mode of study and teaching language must be checked for your intake.
Applicants with a foreign degree must undergo the relevant academic admission assessment. Match previous engineering, mathematical and scientific study to the particular route; a bridging programme is a separate qualification pathway, not guaranteed entry for every applicant. The Computer Science Engineering curriculum includes security, algorithms, software systems, electronics and design/research work. The cited Computer Science Engineering catalogue identifies an English-taught two-year/120-credit degree. Confirm the teaching language and accepted English evidence for the exact Biomedical or Electrical Engineering edition. English test requirements must not be borrowed from an unrelated advanced law master's.
For 2026/27, Ghent's official interuniversity/interfaculty schedule lists the MSc Biomedical Engineering route at EUR 5,321.40 for 60 credits for the relevant non-EEA category: EUR 305.40 fixed plus EUR 26.10 and EUR 57.50 per credit. This is a scoped one-year credit load, not a full degree or university-wide rate. Obtain the 2027/28 assessment and separate Computer Science/Electrical Engineering quote; faculties and exceptions differ. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.
Use Ghent's current foreign-degree admission procedure and the exact programme's deadlines, including any earlier non-EEA/visa or scholarship date. A deadline printed in an older brochure or belonging to another faculty is not a verified upcoming deadline for these engineering routes. Plan around the academic-year entry shown by the selected programme. Standard master's study, preparatory programmes and international joint degrees may follow different admission and enrolment arrangements. A semester start date is not an application closing date. Check scholarship and visa timelines separately.
