For the India school-certificate route, McGill assesses Class X results, Grade 11 transcripts and mid-year Grade 12 or final Class XII results. Its page explicitly says positional/predicted grades are not used. Faculty prerequisites and competitive standards vary; previous admitted grades are not a guaranteed future cutoff. Confirm the exact subject group for Science or Engineering. Where proof is required, IELTS Academic must be at least 6.5 overall with each component at least 6.0. McGill does not accept IELTS One Skill Retake and requires electronic delivery from IELTS rather than paper TRFs. Exemptions follow the university's stated policy, not a general English-medium-school assumption.
The official 2026/27 new-international-undergraduate PDF lists BSc tuition of CAD 64,785.90 and estimated combined tuition/compulsory fees of CAD 68,322.91 for that annual schedule. Some insurance/other fees remain estimates. This is historical cohort evidence, not a verified 2027/28 new-entrant price; request the appropriate faculty/year quotation. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.
McGill's dated official event confirms 15 January 2027 for Fall 2027 applicants from overseas or US schools/colleges/universities in the listed faculties. The India route lists supporting documents by 1 March and major entrance-scholarship material by 21 January. Check special programme exceptions separately. Fall 2027 is the relevant principal undergraduate cycle. McGill's January 2027 page limits admission by faculty and applicant category; several Downtown degrees are closed for that intake.
