An accepted secondary qualification meeting Science prerequisites and competitive selection. For the IB route, a completed diploma with three Higher Level subjects is required; Science needs accepted IB mathematics, one of Biology/Chemistry/Physics, and Grade 11-equivalent Chemistry. IB Mathematics Applications and Interpretations SL is not accepted for the science mathematics prerequisite. Other school systems require separate equivalence assessment. IELTS Academic 6.5 overall and no component below 6.0, or another Okanagan-approved route. IELTS General, Indicator and One Skill Retake are not accepted.

For international BSc entrants commencing in 2026 Summer or later, the 2026–27 rate is CAD 1,769.40 per credit. Annual cost depends on registered credits; student fees, insurance and living costs are additional. This is the Science rate, not the Arts Computer Science rate. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.

For September 2027, apply by January 15, 2027. International Scholars applicants have the earlier November 15, 2026 application/award deadline. English evidence and final documents have separate deadlines. September/Fall for the standard first-year bachelor's route; normally four years.
