General higher-education eligibility plus at least 120 ECTS of previous university-level engineering or technology studies. This is not direct entry after Class 12. Eligible applicants with accepted English evidence are invited to an online entrance examination; application timing determines the examination round. For autumn 2027 Information Technology, IELTS Academic 6.0 overall, PTE Academic 55 or another specifically approved form of evidence is required. Prior-degree exemptions are country-restricted; an Indian English-medium qualification alone is not among this programme's listed degree exemptions.

For students admitted to start in 2027/28, the published Information Technology bachelor's rate is EUR 10,000 per academic year, covering 1 August 2027–31 July 2028. The first year is paid in one instalment. Later fees can be adjusted for inflation; accommodation, travel and living expenses are separate. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.

Rolling applications run from 2 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 at 15:00 Finnish time, and can close earlier when places fill. All mandatory attachments must accompany the application. Examination invitations and offer-acceptance dates are separate from the application deadline. The next advertised intake is autumn 2027. Exact commencement arrangements will be published separately.
