  • The standard overall GPA is 3.5/B; programme requirements include B in mathematics and statistics plus a B average in two other quantitative subjects.

  • Enrolment is selective.

Admission planning

Language requirements

  • IELTS Academic 6.5 overall, PTE Academic 62 or an approved alternative.
  • Native-English applicants and those with at least two years of English-medium academic study may request a waiver; it is not automatic.

Admission planning

Study intakes

  • Autumn entry for the full-time two-year master's.
  • Spring teaching is part of the continuing course sequence, not a separately confirmed spring-entry intake.

Admission planning

Application deadlines

  • The recurring priority date and final scholarship deadline are 1 March.
  • Rolling admission follows where places remain; the published final date for international applicants residing outside the EU is 15 June.
  • Do not apply the later EU deadline to an overseas applicant; confirm the intended year's calendar.

Admission planning

International tuition

  • For 2026/27, the published external non-EU/EEA/Swiss Business Analytics tariff, including the surcharge, is NOK 176,300 per academic year.
  • The NOK 135,600 external base rate is not the normal fee for a new fee-paying Indian applicant.
  • Billing is by semester and rates change annually.
  • Student-organisation membership, materials, excursions and living costs are separate; this is not a 2027/28 quotation.

Admission planning

Scholarships & funding

  • The Presidential Scholarship is highly competitive and normally requires an A-equivalent academic record for a first master's.
  • Eligible international awards can cover tuition and a living stipend, subject to the applicable call.
  • Apply with the admission file and scholarship letter by 1 March.
  • Continued full-time progress and a B average are required; do not budget an unconfirmed future award.
