WUT's international offer spans engineering, production and design disciplines, with fees and start semesters published programme by programme. The distinction between a three- and four-semester master's and between October and February entry is important for both an academic plan and a realistic budget.

Selected programme examples

  1. Mechanical Engineering — Advanced Machinery and Vehicles Engineering, MSc
  2. Management and Production Engineering — Global Production Engineering and Management, MSc
  3. Robotics and Automatic Control — Robotics, MSc

Admission essentials

Your admission checklist.

Explore one topic at a time, with the details kept together.

Admission planning

A little clarity.
A better next step.

Admission planning

Academic eligibility

  • WUT requires a bachelor's degree in a field similar to the selected master's, transcripts, identity and language documents.
  • Provisional graduation evidence may be used at the entry-document stage, but the final diploma is still required.
  • Check whether the qualification needs an individual NAWA recognition statement and allow time for that process; recognition and faculty academic selection are separate checks.

Admission planning

Language requirements

  • These examples belong to the published international English-language master's offer.
  • Submit an accepted English certificate or other proof explicitly permitted by the current admissions rules.
  • A consultant should not promise a general test waiver without checking the qualification and current regulatory requirements.

Admission planning

Study intakes

  • The 2026/27 table lists October for Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, and October or February for Management and Production Engineering.
  • Programme availability controls the intake; do not advertise February entry for every engineering option.

Admission planning

Application deadlines

  • For available February-2027 master's routes, WUT's current notice lists application creation by 7 December 2026, admission-document upload for qualified candidates by 20 January 2027 and classes from 23 February 2027.
  • Registration is scheduled to begin in early November 2026.
  • October programmes and specialist Architecture/Urban Planning routes have different calls.

Admission planning

International tuition

  • WUT's official 2026/27 non-EU fees are per semester: EUR 4,950 for the listed Mechanical Engineering route, EUR 2,600 for Management and Production Engineering, and EUR 2,340 for Robotics and Automatic Control.
  • Check the programme's three-/four-semester duration before calculating the course total.
  • Application charges and living costs are additional.

Admission planning

Scholarships & funding

  • The International Students Office publishes NAWA calls including Stefan Banach, Zawacka and Poland My First Choice.
  • Eligibility depends on the particular scheme, citizenship, qualification and call year.
  • A university listing or admission offer is not an award; obtain the formal scholarship decision before applying a fee exemption to the budget.
