  • Compare the chosen course's subject prerequisites, grade requirements and any experience, portfolio or interview conditions.

General planning

Language preparation

  • Identify the language of teaching before choosing a test or preparation course.
  • Check accepted tests, minimum scores, score validity and any waiver conditions for the specific programme.

General planning

Intake & application plan

  • Allow for accommodation, daily living, insurance, travel, deposits, study materials and application or immigration charges.

General planning

Scholarships & finance

  • Explore institution, programme, government and external funding that matches your applicant profile.
  • Check award eligibility, deadlines, coverage and renewal conditions; neither a scholarship nor a loan is guaranteed.

General planning

Documents to prepare

  • Start with transcripts and qualification certificates, then add a CV, statement, references or portfolio where requested.
  • Check identity documents, translations, certification and financial evidence required for your chosen application route.
