Applicants from overseas schools normally need college-preparatory secondary education, completion by the preceding spring and at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA in academic work from the last three school years. Fall 2026 undergraduate tuition is US$3,419 above six units, with US$547.04 mandatory campus fees. Add US$471 nonresident tuition per enrolled unit. International insurance, housing, meals, books and any course-specific charges are separate. These are semester charges before scholarships. Fees are not a university-wide average. For fall 2027, international first-year applications are accepted from 1 October 2026 through 31 March 2027. Complete academic requirements by spring 2027 and meet the individual transcript and English-document deadlines. International first-year admission is fall only.
