The Metropolitan tariff separately lists US$38,600 annual full-time tuition at 12–18 credits each fall/spring semester. Estimates are not a bill; course-specific charges, books, transport and personal expenses may add to the budget. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.

For applicants needing a new F-1/J-1 visa, the published completion cutoffs are 1 July for fall and 1 December for spring. Rolling review operates within these cutoffs; later dates for applicants already holding an eligible status should not be used by a new overseas visa applicant. Fall beginning in August and spring beginning in January. Summer has limited programme availability and is not assumed to be a normal first-year CS intake. A semester start date is not an application closing date. Check scholarship and visa timelines separately.
