Complete secondary school with the required college-preparatory subjects. Science and Engineering applicants should present four years of mathematics, preferably precalculus, and at least two laboratory sciences including chemistry; B grades are preferred. Selection is holistic and test-optional. IELTS Academic 6.5 meets the published undergraduate English level without the English Language and Cultural Bridge requirement. IELTS 6.0 can lead to admission with that additional English requirement; accepted alternatives and exemptions have separate conditions.

2026/27 full-time First Hill tuition is US$19,800 per quarter for 12–18 credits, or US$59,400 across fall, winter and spring. Each quarter adds US$172 wellness, US$214 technology and US$66 activity fees. New-student orientation is US$400 and matriculation US$175. Annual international health insurance is US$2,392 unless an approved waiver applies; living costs are additional. Do not apply this quarter tariff to 2027/28 semesters. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.

The undergraduate fall timetable lists 1 November Early Action and 15 January Regular Decision. For fall 2027 these correspond to November 2026 and January 2027; current fall-2027 honours instructions corroborate those application rounds. These are submission dates, not teaching start dates. Fall entry. First Hill changes from quarters to semesters in summer 2027; fall 2027 teaching begins 30 August 2027. A semester start date is not an application closing date.
