First-year applicants may be evaluated on completed secondary-school grades without SAT/ACT. Submit the final official school transcript; students with postsecondary study after school apply as transfers. An alternative test-based route has separate minimum scores. The current undergraduate English table requires IELTS Academic 6.0 or Duolingo 105 for full admission. IELTS 5.5/DET 95–104 instead concerns English-bridge placement. Applying without a score does not establish direct academic entry.

The 2026/27 international undergraduate nine-month fall/spring estimate lists US$20,100 tuition and fees, US$2,300 medical insurance and separate living/books allowances. Summer increases the annual estimate. Actual tuition varies with credits and programme charges; the estimate is not a fixed degree price. Fees are not a university-wide average. Confirm the exact course, fee year, currency, deposit, extra charges and refund conditions before paying.

Fall 2027 service deadlines are April 15 Basic, June 1 Standard and July 1 Premium. Spring 2027 dates are September 15, November 1 and December 1, 2026 respectively. Processing starts only when all documents arrive; faster services cost more and do not guarantee admission. Degree-entry terms include January, June and August. The October and March sessions listed in the international schedule are ESL-only, not additional Computer Science intakes. A semester start date is not an application closing date.
